About Me

Tilly Bogle but many call me Tilly Bee.

During my twenties, while pursuing my Film, TV Production and Set Design BA, a lifelong passion for bees culminated in my final short documentary. Immersing myself in their world for that project left me with a profound and lasting awe for these vital insects, a true wonder and a real testament to the natural beauty of this planet.

The vital contributors to Earth’s health and life force, a key part of the balance of nature. Their work supports entire ecosystems, ensuring biodiversity and the health of our natural world. I am in awe of their perseverance and dedication to pollinate the world with their love.

I too share that deep purpose to help pollinate the world with love and tools to connect us deeper, to help work with our physical and spiritual bodies and to learn more and more how to remove blockages for a more intentional and wholesome life.

A mother at heart and soul, born under the nurturing Cancer sun with a deeply intuitive Scorpio moon and grounded Capricorn rising. My chart consists of mostly water which I feel truly connected to in many ways. My spirit thrives on exploration, a true travel fanatic with a playful energy that loves to dance, to laugh, to enjoy music, and savour delicious food. I'm a devoted nature Mumma, a fierce advocate for bees, I find solace in ocean swims and river cleanses, embrace the wisdom of trees, and am endlessly fascinated by the magic of mushroom farming.

Each year, I have the honour of creating gatherings, guiding retreats and women's circles in diverse locations, including the beautiful landscapes of Portugal, the heart of England, the vastness of Canada, and the vibrant energy of Jamaica, where I currently reside.

My future path involves immersing myself further in the wisdom of mycology and the therapeutic use of herbs, while continuing my journey deeper into yoga and breath-work. Ultimately, I envision facilitating gatherings across the globe, open to all ages, where individuals can explore the profound benefits of yoga – to feel safe and supported, to rest and reset their systems, to align with their purpose and their physical selves, to let go of what burdens them, to share moments of joy and vulnerability, and to live life with unbridled enthusiasm.
