By booking any experience through ‘tillybeeing’ you agree to the below terms

By booking any services (yoga experience, retreat and coaching) through TillyBeeing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking on all experiences. In the event of an emergency you are able to transfer your booking.

The remaining balance will be due prior to the retreat start date. Please always see the terms and conditions for each experience.

Payments can be made via Paypal, e-transfer or wire so please check the description on each experience. Credit cards are usually only accepted for securing a deposit via overseas payments.

For the European experiences all payments are made to a UK account. For the Jamaica and USA experiences they are made to a USA account via Zelle or Venmo and for the Canadian an e-transfer or Paypal can be accepted.

Prices are quoted in UK, USA or CAD currency, please check the description on each experience.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

Deposits are non-refundable but name changeable.

Cancellations made [Number] days or more prior to the retreat start date will receive a refund of the remaining balance, less the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within [Number] days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.

No refunds or credits will be given for unused portions of the retreat.

In the event that the experience is cancelled you will receive a full refund.

I strongly advise that you purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.

3. Health and Liability:

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the retreat activities.

Please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or injuries at the time of booking.  

Yoga and other activities are undertaken at your own risk, any injuries or damages incurred during the retreats the facilitators are not liable.

Participants are required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival.

It is recommended that you consult with your physician before participating in any physical activity.

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.

4. Itinerary and Changes:

The retreat itinerary may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or instructor availability.

We will make every effort to provide comparable alternatives in the event of any changes.

5. Travel and Insurance:

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location unless offered otherwise.

Travel insurance is mandatory and must cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas.

7. Photography and Media:

You will be asked at the beginning of each experience if you wish not to be photographed during the retreat for promotional purposes.

Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed can also inform us in writing prior to the retreat.
