Weekly donation based classes will be starting April 2025 at Pineapple Beach, Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Each week we will be working through a range of different styles of yoga, from restorative slower flows to more energising strengthening flows.
Some of the classes will be accompanied with music and sound therapy.
Coconut Water and Herbal Teas will be offered after practice.
