How do I book a spot on the retreat?
You can book through the website or by contacting me directly via email.

What should I pack?
I recommend bringing comfortable yoga clothing, comfortable walking shoes, swimwear (if applicable), personal toiletries, sunscreen, natural insect repellent, your favourite pen and journal and a water bottle, a warm evening throw or cardigan.
Mats are usually provided but check the retreat page for more details.

What level of Yoga experience is needed?
The retreats are open to all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. There will always be modifications to suit individual needs.

What's included in the retreat price?
Prices vary depending on the gathering but usually include accommodation, meals, yoga classes, workshops, and any listed activities.
Transfers are included in some of the offerings but please always refer to the specific retreat details on the website.

What is the cancellation policy?
Deposits are none refundable however you can always name change or transfer to another retreat within a 6 month time frame.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
In the event of a retreat cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, family emergencies) a full refund will be issued.

Are meals included, and what type of food will be served?
Yes, meals are always included.
I always aim to offer healthy, vegetarian or plant based meals.
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies upon booking.

What style of yoga will be taught?
Depending on the event there are many different yoga asana styles, e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Nidra.
Please refer to the retreat schedule for specific class details.

What is the currency for each retreat?
Information regarding currency will be provided in each retreat write up but usually the currency will be in GBP, CAD or US dollars.

Can I participate in the retreat if I'm pregnant?
If yoga was a part of your daily practice before then yes yes yes.
I would suggest consulting with your doctor before booking.
I offer prenatal yoga options when possible, but it is best to book in a call with me. We will factor in how you’re feeling and how many weeks you are.

What is the average age of participants?
The retreats/events attract a diverse range of participants.
Past retreats have ranged from age 20 up to 70.

Is the retreat suitable for solo travellers?
Absolutely yes!
I would always recommend coming alone as for me its a wholesome way to go inwards on your journey and also a great way to meet new people.
The retreats provide a supportive and welcoming environment for everyone.

What is the daily schedule like?
A typical daily schedule includes a morning sunrise yoga, brunch, free time for relaxation or activities, afternoon yoga or workshops, a snack, an evening yoga practice, dinner and then a sound bath and relaxation practice before bedtime.
A detailed schedule will be provided closer to each retreat time.

How many people usually attend?
The retreats/events attract a diverse range of participants.
Past retreats have ranged from 5 up to 20.
The highest so far has been 100 for a business conference private booking.
